Gleadell invests in major laboratory update and expansion

Gleadell Agriculture has completed a major refurbishment and expansion of its main Hemswell Cliff laboratory, creating a fully modernised, adaptable and efficient analytical and testing facility.

Improvements include a significant expansion of the laboratory, additional and updated testing equipment and increased sample storage space ensuring that farmers and end users will benefit from the highest quality service from this coming harvest.

Gleadell’s Quality Manager Glynn Biss said: “This significant investment demonstrates Gleadell’s commitment to quality and service by ensuring the company’s analytical testing service continues to meet the highest industry standards and provides the best service possible to our customers.”

The Hemswell Laboratory is TASCC accredited and a member of the UK NIR Grain Network, providing a full range of analysis on all cereals, pulses and oilseed rape, including hazardous impurities and mycotoxins.
