Kverneland reveals DTX and Flatliner at LAMMA 2018

The Kverneland DTX is an all-new deep loosening cultivator, and is available with a 3m working width. It joins the range following the recent acquisition of Great Plains, and is produced at the Kverneland Group’s LLG factory in France.

DTX gets a host of improvements including the use of Kverneland’s Qualidisc cultivation disc assemblies and the inclusion of hydraulic depth adjustment. However, DTX does retain its Pro-lift tines with either shear bolt or auto-reset protection, and the DD rear roller option.

The fabrication processes employed at the LLG facility have enabled several additional upgrades to be implemented to the DTX. Among them are headstock improvements, while better frame durability also results from the manufacturing practices in place at LLG.

In addition, the Kverneland cultivation range is also bolstered by the Flatliner – a V-format sub-soiler available in 3m and 3.5m working widths, with three or five-leg options. Its Pro-lift tines use bolted clamps, allowing adjustment of leg spacing across the main frame to suit different farming systems.

Pro-lift tines are also available with three different wing sizes, to achieve different fracturing among many soil types. A 600mm DD roller affords depth control and consolidation.
