Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role is to be responsible for day-to-day coordination and management of customer-facing events including planning, promoting, attending, ensuring the smooth running of an event and reporting and analysing post event metrics. Events vary in scale, and you will have the opportunity to be both hands on and work with external contractors.


  • A strong events marketing background, working through from conception to delivery
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team in a dynamic marketing environment
  • Innovative and creative with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also to work independently
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry (desirable but not essential)
  • A full, clean drivers licence and ability to travel to events nationally
