It is the final month for entries for the National Women in Agriculture Awards.

Entries close on January 30th for the event, which will be held on Tuesday 5 May at the De Vere Connaught Rooms, London.

Now in their third year, the awards shine a spotlight on female achievement in a sector that has traditionally been male-dominated, recognising the women who are driving progress, innovation and leadership across the UK’s agricultural sector. A further aim is to build a stronger and wider network of individuals and businesses within agriculture.

One of those driving progress is Rebecca Wilson, 2025 winner of Influencer of the Year. Rebecca knows firsthand the difference these awards can make, from building genuinely useful contacts to finding reassurance in a shared sense of community. She found the 2025 event more valuable than she expected.

“Don’t underestimate the value of what you do or the impact you have on the people around you. Women who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty are shaping the future of agriculture and we need to celebrate that,” she says.
