FETF 2025 grant deadline looms

Farm machinery manufacturer Claydon has issued a reminder that farmers and contractors who had their application for a Farming Equipment and Technology Fund (FETF) 2025 grant approved by The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) have until 11 November 2025 to accept it – or lose it.

“Given the value of FETF grants and their substantial contribution towards the cost of new qualifying machinery, it is essential that customers place their order before the offer of funding expires,” urges Claydon’s sales manager, David Furber. “It is also important to note that the claims window deadline is midday on 31 March 2026. By then, the bought items must be on site without packaging or installed (if the specification states) and a completed single claim form containing all the items and all the supporting evidence emailed to the RPA.”

Grants of up to 50% of the on-farm price are available on a range of Claydon’s Evolution mounted and Hybrid trailed direct drills, the twin-hopper NutriSeeder and the company’s straw harrows.
