The Institute of Agricultural Management (IAgrM) is to launch a Management Skills Programme, it claims the course will offer attendees the confidence to lead and innovate.
A total of eight modules will run for two weeks, the first part focussing on personal and people skills, the second will cover business and strategic management. Modules 1–4 are planned for 24th–27th November, modules 5–8 the 1st–4th December.
The courses are open to anyone and delegates can attend as many modules as they like, a discount being available for those booking all eight.
The IAgrM says the course will be led by sector experts, providing delegates with real-world skills and build confidence with decision making.
